Your itinerary is a guide which we will attempt to adhere to, but it may be necessary to alter it at short notice as a result of circumstances or events outside our control, such as adverse weather or road conditions or conditions imposed by owners and operators of accommodation, facilities and transport. Your itinerary will, however, be the same in content as far as reasonably possible, unless circumstances beyond our control make this impossible or unsafe. Should weather conditions involve extra costs e.g. accommodation, transportation and meals we will discuss and agree how best to proceed.
Force Majeure.
Very rarely we may be forced by “force majeure” to change or terminate your trip after departure but before the scheduled end of your time away. In these terms and conditions “force majeure” means any event which we or supplier of the services could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include, whether actual or threatened, war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, nuclear disaster and all similar events outside of our control. Medical & emergency expenses,
Personal accidents, injuries and death (including repatriation), Baggage loss, damage,
Personal possession loss and damage.
Adventurous activity – to include fishing
All clients must ensure they are covered by appropriate insurances for their chosen destination, the duration of their experience and the activities undertaken.
